These biscuits are wonderful and rich with flavor. They would make a beautiful accompaniment to any meal. I usually make them when we have a nice roast and they go especially well with my Apple & Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken recipe.

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspfresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped

2 cchilled heavy cream
How To Make rosemary drop biscuits

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and rosemary in a large bowl. Add cream, then stir just until a dough forms.

3Drop heaping 1/4 cups of batter about 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in oven until tops are pale golden and bottoms are golden brown, 18-20 minutes.
