1/2 tspbaking powder

1-1/2 ozbutter, room temperature

1-1/2 ozsugar

2 ozcurrants or sultanas

a littlemilk
How To Make rock cakes

1Beat the butter into the flour, then add rest of dry ingredients and currants.

2Mix to stiff dough with well-beaten egg and milk.

3Bake in fairly hot oven 15 minutes.
