I just came across this recipe today...the reviews I read were great and each biscuit yields only 1.5 grams of carbs! I will try it next weekend and post a pic if they turn our decent

4 lgeggs

2 cpork rind flour (i assume crushed up from the bag you buy from store, regular flavor)

1/2 cparmasian cheese

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 cshredded cheese (italian mix)

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 tsppepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspparsley, italian

1preheat oven to 425 degrees

2Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temp. then mix untill well blended

3Add the dry ingredients,spices, and cheeses to the wet mixture and blend, mixture will be thick.

4Grease the muffin tin and mound the mixture inside (lemon size)

5Bake at 425 for 12-15 min.
