1fourth csugar

4 3/4 tspbaking powder

1half tspeash-salt,ground cinnamon,and nutmeg

1half cbutter or margarine

1 third cpecans chopped (optional)

2 thirds ccooked,mashed pumpkin or canned solid packed packed pumpkin

1 third chalf and half
How To Make pumpkin biscuts

1Sift dry ingredients together. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles peas. Stir in pecans. IN a glass measuring cup combine pumpkin and half and half. Stir into flour mixture.Dought should be stiff . Turn dough onto floured board and knead several times. If dough is still sticky add a little more flour while kneading. Roll to one half inch thick and cut with two inch cutter.Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degree for 12-15 minutes until golden brown Makes 12-16 biscuts.
