1-1/2 cflour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

6 Tbspbutter

3/4 clow-fat buttermilk
How To Make pull apart buttermilk biscuits

1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Sift dry ingredients into lg bowl. Cut in butter until it is a coarse texture.

2Add buttermilk, knead thoroughly. Should be soft, not sticky. Add more flour if it is too sticky. Knead 1 min. Wrap in foil and chill 20 mins.

3On floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut w/ biscuit cutter or drinking glass. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, or until golden brown.
