My Husband waited for 33 years to have homemade biscuits made by me. Every time i made them they were terrible..So one day this recipe came to my mind and i went and tried it. My husband fell in love with them. The outside looks like a muffin but the inside is fluffy and moist and wonderfully melts in your mouth and the outside is crispy. My husband just loves them. He said..It was worth the wait...yummmm...

Set temperture on oven for 400 degrees, then use a nonstick muffin pan "enough for 6 muffins",put a tablespoon of oil in each one, take a paper towell and grease all muffin holes and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl add flour, melted butter and milk. Use a whisk to stir."it makes it easier to get all the lumps out". stir until almost smooth, now then..fill each muffin hole all the way to the top..Sometimes their is a little left over and you can make another muffin..after you fill each one put directly into oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown, depending on your oven, mine seems to cook fast..These will rise and look just like a muffin. When they are golden brown take them out and wait about a minute. I use a fork to get them out, while their hot add butter and maybe some mayhaw jelly..They are sooo good...Hope that yall like them as much as we do..just a note..when adding the milk,if it is to thick you can add a little more or a little less...Thanks and enjoy...
