mini feta & white cheddar cheese biscuits

I am making one of my sons favorite meals, Cabbage, Onions and Kielbasa. I was thinking of corn bread and I didn't have the ingredients, so I decided biscuits. I love the cheese biscuits, but when I opened the fridge I saw I had a pkg of Feta and so I decided to add some white cheddar cheese too. I cut them with my mini biscuit cutter and the results...well we are not going to able to eat just one.

Ingredients For mini feta & white cheddar cheese biscuits

2 1/4 cbisquick mix

2/3 cmilk
-
2 Tbspcut up butter in tiny pieces

1/4 cfeta cheese crumbled

1/4 cwhite cheddar cheese crumbled

1 Tbspmelted butter to brush when biscuits are done
How To Make mini feta & white cheddar cheese biscuits

1Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

2Combine biscuit mix, milk, butter and cheeses leaving the 1 tbsp to melt.. Stir until combines. On a lightly dusted board knead a few times. Cut with a mini-biscuit cutter.

3Bake for 10 minutes. When done brush each biscuit with melted butter.
