These are delicious. Great for making pot pie with a biscuit crust, or just for breakfast or dinner biscuits in general!

Ingredients For low fat whole wheat biscuits

2 cwhole wheat flour

2 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspcold butter
-
1 cplain nonfat yogurt

1/4 cskim or 2% milk
How To Make low fat whole wheat biscuits

1Combine dry ingredients in a cold bowl. Cut in butter with fingers or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2Add yogurt and milk just until mixed. DO NOT OVERMIX or the biscuits qill be tough.

3Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 3/4" thickness. Cut into biscuits(usually about 2" circles).

4Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes
