This is my answer to the lobster roll. You won't have any soggy bun here. This crispy flaky deep fried biscuit filled with sweet lobster & shrimp salad is to die for. Ingredients For lobster & shrimp fried biscuit

1/2 lblobster meat, cooked & cut in chunks

1/2 lbshrimp, cooked & cut in chunks

1 mdcelery stalk & leaves, chopped

1/2 smred onion, chopped

1 Tbspcilantro, chopped

1 mdzest of lemon

1/3 cmayonnaise (more or less)

1 tspold bay seasoning
-
1 tspcrushed red pepper (optional)

4grands refrigerated flaky biscuits
How To Make lobster & shrimp fried biscuit

1combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

2add mayo to bowl and mix well

3deep fry biscuits at 320 degrees for 6-7 minutes flipping for even browning

4slice the biscuits in half. add lobster and shrimp salad. ENJOY!
