1/4 cfull fat sour cream or full fat plain greek yogurt

2 tspbaking powder

1 calmond flour

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese, or any type of shredded cheese
How To Make keto biscuit muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray either a 12 muffin tin or a 24 mini muffin tin with nostick cooking spray.

2In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, sour cream (or greek yogurt), butter and salt. Add cheese and stir.

3Add baking powder and almond flour and gently fold in just until combined.

4Fill muffin tins half full.

5Bake-14-17 minutes, or until set and light golden. Serve warm with butter! Makes 1 dozen regular and 24 minis.
