    egg
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    full fat sour cream or full fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    almond flour
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, or any type of shredded cheese

How To Make keto biscuit muffins

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray either a 12 muffin tin or a 24 mini muffin tin with nostick cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, sour cream (or greek yogurt), butter and salt. Add cheese and stir.

    Add baking powder and almond flour and gently fold in just until combined.

    Fill muffin tins half full.

    Bake-14-17 minutes, or until set and light golden. Serve warm with butter! Makes 1 dozen regular and 24 minis.
