1/2 ccold, unsalted butter
How To Make homemade bisquick mix

1Measure the sifted flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Use a wire whisk to blend thoroughly.

2Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter until thoroughly incorporated. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 months.

3From unsophisticatedcook dot com To make biscuits, add 2/3 c. Milk to 2 1/4 c. Mix. Bake at 450 degrees F, 8-10 min.
