I have made these several times and they are always a hit! Its a quick sweet yummy you just have to try..I have also made them without the peanuts and they are just as good. You can also use pecans and it tastes just as good! I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!

Ingredients For gooey biscuits

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 c
    peanuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    packaged refrigerated biscuits (6)

How To Make gooey biscuits

  • 1
    place butter into a microwave safe bowl. Cook until melted.

    Stir in the brown sugar and chocolate syrup into the melted butter.

    Evenly divide mixture among 6 custard cups. Sprinkle peanuts over the chocolate mixture.

    Place 1 biscuit in each custard cup. Arrange cups on a cookie sheet and bake according to the biscuit package. You can also put them onto a plate and cook on high for 3 minutes in the microwave. I prefer the oven method.

    Once they are done invert the custard cups onto a serving plate and enjoy!
