Just love those Red Lobster biscuits, don't you? I found this recipe on the back of the Bisquick Box and in my opinion they are as good as the real deal! 4 Weight Watcher's Points Plus each.

Ingredients For garlic cheese biscuits

1 1/4 cbisquick complete baking mix

1/3 cwater

1/2 ccheese, shredded, low fat

1/4 cbutter, light

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make garlic cheese biscuits

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a small cookie sheet.

2Combine the Bisquick and cheese in small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of water and stir until just combined. The dough will be slightly moist.

3Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes, until firm and beginning to brown.

4While biscuits are baking, make the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt and mix well. As soon as you take the biscuits out of the oven, brush them with the garlic butter, using a pastry brush.

5Serve warm!
