1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cvanilla yogurt

sugar, to sprinkle on top
How To Make feather light scones

1In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in egg, yogurt and vanilla just until combined.

2Turn onto a floured surface; knead 6 to 8 times. Roll into a 9-inch circle; cut into eight wedges. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with milk; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. 8 scones.
