Ingredients For fabulous biscuits

2 ca/p flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

6 Tbsp1/2 butter flavor shortening and unsalted butter

1 cbuttermilk

2 Tbspsour cream
How To Make fabulous biscuits

1Combine dry ingredients together. Cut butter and shortening combination into flour mixture, until coarse. Mix buttermilk and sour cream together and add to coarse mixture keep dough moist, form dough into a ball. Knead dough about 6 times until elastic roll on lightly floured surface about a 1 inch thickness.

2Use a biscuit cutter and place on a lightly grease cookie sheet or baking pan. Brush some of the buttermilk mixture over biscuits before baking. Bake at 425 for 20 minute or lightly brown. Serve with Applebutter, jam, jelly or butter.
