1 1/2 cteff flour (bob's red mill brand or other)

1/4 ccoconut flour

2 Tbspflaxseed meal

2 tspbaking powder

3/4 tspsea salt

3 Tbspcoconut oil

1 ccoconut milk
How To Make ethiopian teff flour biscuits

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2Combine the flours, flaxseed meal, baking powder and sea salt in a large bowl. Mix in coconut oil and mix thoroughly.

3Add the coconut milk and combine to form a dough. Place dough on a floured board or a parchment paper. Gently pat dough to about 1 inch thick.

4Using a round cookie cutter, cut dough and transferred to a baking sheet - preferably on parchment paper or a silpat mat. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm with butter or spiced butter.
