Ingredients For easy pop-over biscuits

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs, at room temp.
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme

How To Make easy pop-over biscuits

    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, w/ mixer on medium, mix flour, salt, egg, milk and butter. Add parmesan cheese and thyme.

    Blend for 30 seconds more. Pour batter into muffin cups, 1/2-way full. Bake for about 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Pierce each pop-over w/ a sharp knife. Serve hot.
