1 cflour

1 tspsalt

2eggs, at room temp.

1 cmilk

1 Tbspmelted butter

1 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1 tspdried thyme
How To Make easy pop-over biscuits

1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, w/ mixer on medium, mix flour, salt, egg, milk and butter. Add parmesan cheese and thyme.

2Blend for 30 seconds more. Pour batter into muffin cups, 1/2-way full. Bake for about 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3Pierce each pop-over w/ a sharp knife. Serve hot.
