I'm talking quick and simple! My mama's baby sister, Aunt Clara, used to make these little biscuits. They are actually pretty good to be dropped by a spoon & not rolled out.

Ingredients For drop biscuits

1 cself-rising flour

1/2 cbuttermilk
-
1 Tbspmayonnaise (rounded)
How To Make drop biscuits

1Preheat oven to 450. Mix ingredients well and drop, using a teaspoon, onto a greased pan 2" apart and bake @ 450 until golden brown...approximately 10 minutes or so.

2Note: you can use plain milk if you want.
