We always have biscuits left over when we have them for breakfast. Tonight I needed some kind of bread to go with dinner, I saw the ziplock bag with this mornings left-over biscuits and came up with the idea for these. My father-in-law kept saying, "What is on these again? These are good!"

Ingredients For dinner biscuits

3 Tbspbutter

2 pinchgarlic salt or garlic powder

several pinchshredded cheddar cheese

severalshakes parmesan cheese
How To Make dinner biscuits

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split the biscuits in half and place on a cookie sheet.

2Put the butter into a microwavable bowl and stir in garlic salt or powder. Microwave until butter is melted. (the amount of butter needed will need to be adjusted according to the number of biscuits you have).

3Brush the biscuits with the butter mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top each biscuit with the shredded cheese. Bake in oven until cheesed is melted. Serve immediately.
