This is my dads recipe for one of the best biscuits I've ever tasted. It's hard to eat just 1. They go great w any meal, but are relly special w/ a good beef stew.

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    slightly softened butter.
  • 1 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla.

How To Make dads " melt in your mouth," biscuits.

    Heat oven to 425. Spray 2 lg baking sheets w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add butter and w/ fingers, combine ingredients until crumbly. In small bowl, combine milk and vanilla. mix well. Add milk mix to flour mix and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets, 1/2" apart. Bake 15-18 min, or until golden.
