We all love those little yummy biscuits we get at Red Lobster, right?! So when I seen a recipe that was suppose to be similar but it was a loaf, I had to try it... I took the recipe and added a couple changes and WOW this bread is amazing!!! I hope you are able to give it a chance!!! Enjoy! :o)

Ingredients For cheesy garlic loaf

3 cflour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsea salt

1/8-1/2 tspcayenne pepper, to taste

1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper

6 ozcheese, cheddar or the like, cut into 1/4" cubes

1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 csour cream
-
4 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1egg
-
1/2 tspgranulater garlic or powder
- BASTING

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/2 tspgranulated garlic or powder
How To Make cheesy garlic loaf

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray a 9x5 loaf pan, set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, cayenne and black pepper in a large bowl. Add cheese and toss to coat each piece. Set aside. In a medium bowl whisk together milk, sour cream, butter and egg.

2Gently stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients...mixing gently until just mixed. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out with just a few crumbs. Remove from oven, stir together melted basting butter and garlic, brush over top of loaf, cool in pan 5 minutes then remove to cooling rack...allow to cool at least 20 minute before serving. Enjoy! :o)
