For so little effort, these are really good! Sometimes I add a little chopped green onion for color and additional flavor, and sometimes I go whole hog and add minced garlic, too! How can you go wrong with something that has only four ingredients, and includes sour cream, butter, and cheese! Good and easy! A kid, husband and mom pleaser!

Ingredients For cheesy drop biscuits

  • 1 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted (1 cube)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese (4 ounces) grated

How To Make cheesy drop biscuits

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine all ingredients until blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons-full onto lightly greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown. Yum!
