We love the mix of flavors in these gluten-free biscuits. They're very savory and remind us of biscuits you'd find at a famous seafood restaurant. They don't fluff as much as a traditional biscuit, but a great alternative if you're avoiding gluten. Everyone will enjoy these cheesy biscuits.

    butter, melted

  • 1/3 c
    coconut flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheese biscuits (gluten-free)

  • Eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.

    Blend together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Coconut flour and baking powder mixed together.

    Combine coconut flour with baking powder.
  • Flour mixed into egg mixture.

    Whisk into batter until there are no lumps.
