Ingredients For cheese biscuits

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/3 c
    shredded cheese of choice

How To Make cheese biscuits

  • 1
    Mix flour,baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter, stir in cheese. Add milk. Transfer dough to flour board, knead lightly, roll 1/2 inch thick, with floured cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet, bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes.
