This biscuits are great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. I serve them along side scrambled eggs or potato soup. We love them.

Ingredients For cheddar apple bisquits

  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2
    apples, finely chopped
  • 2/3 c
    ice cold water
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How To Make cheddar apple bisquits

  • 1
    Mix first three ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

    Stir together Bisquick, cheese and apple. Add water just until mix is moistened.

    Form dough into balls. Dip in melted butter and then in sugar mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

    Baked at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
