cathy's beer bread
(1 rating)
Five ingredients...flour, baking powder, salt, honey and beer... That's it! This makes a wonderful loaf of hot bread to serve with roast beef, or whatever! You could also spray a muffin pan w/nonstick spray and place the dough in the muffin pans to make biscuits. I have also dropped spoonsful of this dough into chicken broth to make a terrific Chicken & Dumplings! Very versatile and tastes marvelous!
