My own creation, easy and versatile.My husband loves Canadian Bacon and these are light and fluffy and go well with any breakfast or just on their own. Take them to work and pop them in the microwave. Bring to a brunch and share them with your friends. We had them for dinner. My husband really enjoyed them.

Ingredients For canadian bacon and cheese puffs

18 pack of grand biscuits
-
4pieces of canadian bacon cut up in fours
-
4-5eggs beaten
-
8cubes of your favorite cheses ( i used colby jack)
How To Make canadian bacon and cheese puffs

1Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl beat eggs with salt & peper and set aside.

2Seperate biscuits and flatten in a greased cup cake pan bringing dough up the sides.

3Add canadian bacon and cheese. Pour egg mixture over meat and cheese. Be careful to not over fill. Bake for 30 minutes or until thorouly cooked. Let set for 10 minutes. Remove from pan on to a plate. Enjoy
