4 biscuits are just right sometime because you want to eat them fresh. Although I did eat one that was left over the next day with a little cheese and it was still tender and crumbly like I like them!

Ingredients For buttermilk fluffy biscuits (4)

  • 3 1/2 oz
    ap flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted and hot

How To Make buttermilk fluffy biscuits (4)

    preheat oven to 450degrees. adjust oven rack to middle position

    whisk everything together except buttermilk and butter
  • 3
    mix cold buttermilk into hot butter and stir. Blend everything together just until mixed.

    scoop 4 biscuits onto lined sheet pan about 1 1/2 inches apart.
