4 biscuits are just right sometime because you want to eat them fresh. Although I did eat one that was left over the next day with a little cheese and it was still tender and crumbly like I like them!

3/4 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsugar

1/8 tspsalt

1/3 cbuttermilk

2 Tbspunsalted butter, melted and hot

1preheat oven to 450degrees. adjust oven rack to middle position

2whisk everything together except buttermilk and butter

3mix cold buttermilk into hot butter and stir. Blend everything together just until mixed.

4scoop 4 biscuits onto lined sheet pan about 1 1/2 inches apart.
