Ingredients For angel biscuits

1 pkgyeast

2 Tbspwater

5 cflour
-
1 cshortening
-
1/4 csugar

2 cbuttermilk

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
How To Make angel biscuits

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening.

3Add yeast and buttermilk. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.

4Roll dough on floured surface. Cut into biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
