4 cups scalded milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 eggs
1 cup (packed) brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecan halves
Whiskey sauce:
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
11/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) whiskey or brandy
