Boston Cream Pie Recipe

3 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1/3 cup (75 mL) milk (1 %), heated
1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup (375 mL) milk (1%)
1 egg, lightly whisked
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine
1 square (28 g) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) milk (1%)
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250 mL) sifted icing sugar
