2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, melted

2 Tbsp of Shortening, melted

1/2 tsp of Salt

For the Custard:
•
1 cup of Whole Milk
•
2 1/2 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
•
2 Tbsp of Granulated Sugar
•
1 Egg Yolk
•
1 tsp of Vanilla Paste
•
Small Pinch of Salt

For the Topping:
•
4 ounces of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
•
1/3 cup of Heavy Cream
•
1/4 tsp of Salt
