5 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp fresh ginger peeled
2 red chilis, chopped
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup onions, roughly chopped
salt, pepper to taste
