1 heaping cup blueberries (see note)
⅔ cup heavy cream, plus 1 to 2 tablespoons more, if necessary

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest, from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
