1 1/2 cups milk

2 Tbs butter
•
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Blueberry Topping:
•
2 cups blueberries
•
1 Tbs cornstarch
•
2 Tbs granulated sugar
•
1 Tbs grated lemon rind
•
1 Tbs lemon juice
