INGREDIENTS
2 cups of all-purpose flour (or gluten-free all-purpose flour)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of plant-based milk ((I used almond))
½ cup of maple syrup
⅓ cup of oil
1 ½ cups of fresh blueberries
