INGREDIENTS
Salad:
5 leaves kale – washed and chopped
1/2 cup parsley leaves – chopped
1/2 cup cilantro leaves – chopped
1 scallion – finely chopped
1 cup broccoli – chopped into bite size pieces
1 large beet - grated
Dressing:
1/2 cup tbsp hemp oil – or coconut oil
2 lemons – squeezed
3-4 dates – pitted
1 inch piece of ginger – diced
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar.
