1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
4 ounces feta (crumbled (can substitute goat cheese))
2 avocados (sliced)
8 cups salad mix (Romaine, or iceburg lettuce)
optional ingredients: corn (green or red onion, zucchini, jalapenoTexas Vinaigrette)
1/3 cup good olive oil
3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
