INGREDIENTS

1 (15 ounce) can Jalapeno Black Beans with Lime Juice, rinsed and drained

1 (15 ounce) can Reduced Sodium Black Beans, rinsed and drained
•
2 tomatoes, finely chopped (I used a handful of grape tomatoes, thinly sliced)
•
1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and chopped
•
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
•
3-4 green onions, chopped
•
¼ cup Pinot Grigio white wine vinegar
•
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•
½ teaspoon salt
