Rather than cutting or rubbing butter into flour, then adding liquid, these biscuits are a simple matter of stirring cream into the flour and other dry ingredients. INGREDIENTS
1 1 3/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 1/4 cup cornstarch
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1 tablespoon baking powder
1 2 teaspoons sugar
1 1 to 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, enough to make a cohesive dough
1 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter
