"Delicious, one-pan dish for moms who are crunched in time but need something delicious in minutes. I can make this on in a jiffy with ingredients I try and keep on hand at all times, including a lot of dried pantry items such as canned tomatoes, dried pasta, and sausage (or pepperoni)...."
INGREDIENTS

2-3 tbsp cooking oil
•
1 1/2 cups diced onion
•
1 1/2 cups diced green pepper
•
2 tbsp Italian seasoning (I buy mine in bulk from Sam's Club)
•
2 tbsp garlic (or onion) powder
•
2 cups diced sausage, pepperoni, or meatballs (or whatever meat you prefer, I buy bulk pepperoni from Sam's Club)
•
2 cans diced tomatoes (I prefer the "petite" diced, especially for young palates)
•
1 1/2-2 cans water (you may need more if the noodles soak up the water quickly)
•
1- 1 1/2 pounds pasta of your choice
•
salt and pepper to taste
•
Parmesan or other type of cheese as a topper
