INGREDIENTS

2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped

½ tsp salt
•
1 tsp sugar or Splenda
•
¼ cup lemon juice
•
2 tbsp white vinegar
•
½ cup neutral tasting oil
•
1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
•
20 shakes of Tobasco sauce
•
1 squirt yellow mustard
•
freshly ground pepper (I use 8 turns of the grinder)
•
cayenne pepper (I use three tiny shakes – use more if you are a spice junkie)
•
Romaine lettuce to serve (washed, portioned and dried)
