Ingredients for Cake:
•
1/3 cup low fat sour cream
•
1 large egg
•
1 large egg yolk
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1 cup cake flour
•
1/2 cup white sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
6 tablespoons butter, softened
•
crumbs (see ingredients above)
•
Powdered sugar, for dusting over the crumbs after the cake has been baked.
