INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup lukewarm water (105 degrees to 115 degrees )
1 1/4 ounce package  active dry yeast
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups milk
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish
1 pint blueberries
