¼ c. shortening (again, I like Butter Flavor Crisco, for the flavor and color)

Stuffing:
•
1 lb. ground beef
•
4 cups shredded cabbage
•
1 small onion, chopped
•
¼ cup water
•
1 ½ t. salt
•
1/8 t. pepper
