1 egg, plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature

½ teaspoon beer extract (use the same method as in the beer pretzel caramels)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 cup crushed mini pretzels
•
1¼ cup mini chocolate chips
•
20 beer pretzel caramels (may be substituted with other caramel candies)
