2 tablespoons canola oil

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (use tamari for gluten free)

4-6 cloves garlic, finely minced
•
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2-3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (more or less to taste)
