Beef and Broccoli Chow Mein TACO with Egg Roll SHELL

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1 lb top round steak (thin cut)
2 carrots (shredded)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup ice cold water
1 tsp salt
1 pack chow mein noodles (egg noodles)
Enough vegetable oil to fill a saucepan or pot halfway
Sliced green onions for garnish
