INGREDIENTS

3 slices of bacon (cut into 1 inch pieces and fried)

1 cup onion chopped
•
½ cup celery chopped
•
2 large cloves garlic chopped
•
1 tsp. basil leaves crushed
•
1 can Campbell’s beef broth
•
1 can Campbell’s bean and bacon soup
•
1- 16 oz can of diced tomatoes undrained
•
½ soup can of water
•
½ cup uncooked small tube macaroni
•
½ tsp. salt
•
(This original recipe called for 1 cup cabbage cut into long shreds but I never use it)
