1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
5 dried apricots
•
2 large sweet potato, 1/4" slices
•
4 tablespoons olive oil
•
salt to season
•
4 oz. goat cheese, softened
•
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
•
3/4 cup sliced green onions
